If there's anything that was better in the old days, it has to be the food. We have too many food-like products and not enough real food anymore. I get so dissapointed when I see what is in the food we can buy at the store. Healthy food from proper ingredients doesn't have to be all that hard to accomplish. Even if you've never cooked before you need to know that you can.
I'm using easy methods to make a lot of great food that tastes good and keep you full for a long time. I also like to save time by preparing ingredients like meat ahead so that I always have something to put together for a quick meal.
You don't have to be a chef. The best food I've ever had hasn't been prepared and cooked by a professional, it has been done by women who cooked for their entire life. They do not make it harder than it has to be.
